金属管道材料在高温下使用作用

蠕变:钢材在高温下受外力作用时,随着时间的延长,缓慢而连续产生塑性变形的现象,称为蠕变。钢材蠕变特征与温度和应力有很大关系。温度升高或应力增大,蠕变速度加快。因此,对于高温下长期工作的锅炉、蒸汽管道、压力容器所用钢材应具有良好的抗蠕变性能,以防止因蠕变而产生大量变形导致结构破裂及造成爆炸等恶性事故。

球化和石墨化:在高温作用下,碳钢中的渗碳体由于获得能量将发生迁移和聚集,形成晶粒粗大的渗碳体并夹杂于铁素体中,其渗碳体会从片状逐渐转变成球状,称为球化。由于石墨强度极低,并以片状出现,使材料强度大大降低,脆性增加,称为材料的石墨化。

热疲劳性能。钢材如果长期冷热交替工作,那么材料内部在温差变化引起的热应力作用下,会产生微小裂纹而不断扩展,导致破裂。因此,在温度起伏变化工作条件下的结构、管道应考虑钢材的热疲劳性能。
